This guy issued a challenge to the internet - to read all of Ishmael (a few pages at a time) and post it onto youtube. He started out with the first pages and each person has posted the next few pages as a "reply" to the previous video. They've gotten up to p. 148 (how long is the book?).
The challenge is here:
The playlist of all the existing videos can be found here:

Sorry, I know this is off topic, but I know there are several writers on this list, so I'm posting anyway.
I'm on the board of a small, local non-profit publishing company, and we are looking for poetry submissions for our quarterly magazine. We're not a fly-by-night operation, we've been around for two years now. And we're a "real" magazine, not online and not printed at Kinko's -- in fact, one of the poets who got published in our second issue just scored a book deal, and we were his first print publishing credit.
We're not afraid of unconventional work or dirty words. We're just looking for quality.
If you're interested, please check out the guidelines here:
http://www.thepanhandler.org/submit.html
The webpage doesn't say so, but simultaneous submissions are also okay.
Again, I apologize for being off topic. We did have a little debate a while ago about advertising businesses here, but I don't think this is an advertisement, exactly. If I'm out of line, just delete this post.
Thanks!
Sarah

Free Stickers Promoting ISHMAEL
Submitted by Huby7 on Sat, 2007-02-10 12:41. Ishmael Awareness | Random Personal Projects | Spreading The Word | North Carolina | Personal ProjectsI'm posting this not to talk about my personal projects but someone elses. If you check out guestbook entry #14109 over at the Ishmael Community you'll notice someone by the name of Truthseer talking about making stickers to give away for free promoting Ishmael. I've noticed this person has been posting their for years, they're really dedicated to this movement. They've also painted some murals(sp?) promoting Ishmael, too. I think you can see those by clicking on their name and that will take you to their Myspace account. I tried opening up the page on my computer and only half of it came up because my computer is just to slow.
